Scotch Ale, 7.8%ABVIn appreciation of a perfect SoCal winter we offer a big robust Scotch Ale. In homage to the style, this 7.8%ABV beer is poured in a pint glass offering. Caramelized wort was reintroduced to the boil for a perceived sweetness. Rye malts add perfect spice to balance a nutty finish.
