Classic American Blonde Ale, light in body, crisp in carbonation. Asceptic mango puree added to secondary for the last 72 hours of fermentation. Full mango flavor on the nose and palate but with a slight dry tartiness, not overly sweet.

Mexican Lager, 4.9% ABV

Pure crisp and clean lager brewed with 100% pilsner malt and low hop additions. Lime zest added in the secondary for a thirst quenching and drinkable lager the California season.

Brewed for the German festive season this beer was brewed with blended European malts for a rich copper hue. Noble Hallertau hops add a solid balance to a malt forward nutty offering.

Berliner Weisse w/ Blueberry, 3.5% ABV

A light bodied traditional wheat ale with added Blueberry Puree. Mild acidity balances a tart fruit forward flavor.

French Strong Ale, 8.3% Essentially a double Saison brewed in a Biere de Garde style with pale ale and darker Munich malts and dark Belgian Candi sugar. The end results is a deceptively smooth strong ale. Hints of apple and farmhouse yeast spice.

Belgian Blonde, 5.3% ABV

Inspired by d’AChouffe, this beer was brewed with a hints of wheat and biscuit malt for a breadiness mouthfeel. Abundant noble hops added late in the boil to balance the Styrian Golding bittering hops.
